I was calling Dr.Paula on the behalf of my goddaughter and she was very very very rude. When I was trying to ask her a question she hung up on me. I called back again and she said “why are you still calling me, you’re not her parent” and hung up on me again. I called back again and she blocked me. In my 29 years of living I’ve never met a doctor so rude and unprofessional. And i understand she couldn’t give me information because I’m not her parent but she did not have to be so rude about it and hang up and block me. First time calling her and I would NOT recommend her to anyone. First impression is everything!!!

This office is terrible I do not recommend I waited almost two hours to be seen. Then when you get blood work completed you have to schedule another appointment to come in just to get the results.

I just came to the family medical clinic as a first time new pt today. My appointment was scheduled for 10:45 and I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, to fill out new pt paperwork. I have been sitting the waiting room for an hour and a half! I don't think this clinic knows what timely service is about!

Today 8/4/22 is my 1st day back visiting with Dr. Ohiku since the Covid pandemic came upon us and Iam her very 1st appointment 9am her nurse and student Dr. are here WHY! is she NOT... I'm waiting 30 mins and they tell me she's on her way and that SHE'S ALWAYS LATE not good as a professional or run a business..yes I know Dr.'s can run over time with patients and they can schedule us on top one another. But to be ALWAYS LATE and I'm your very 1st patient why is that? I'm looking for another Dr if time is important then think again about this place Family Medical Center on Ingleside in Baltimore. And guess what I just asked the nurse is she here yet because it's now 9:40am and she just arrived coming in the back door What?

Such a great office and Doctor. Dr. Paula Ohiku has been our family physician for over 10 years. She is the most caring doctor I have ever met. She’s very friendly and professional, well-trained, very knowledgeable, kind, understanding and patient. I always feel excited going to this office even when it’s my worst day “medically” I could be so sick, I always feel better when I arrive. Office staff here is great as well! Thanks to the staff here for always taking the best care of me.
